EBRHA's Annual 360 Rental Housing Trade Expo is coming up on Saturday, October 5th, at the Downtown Oakland Rotunda Building, from 9 am to 3 pm. The Rental Housing Trade Expo is EVERYTHING rental housing. A convention and conference mixed that offers aspiring and existing rental housing providers 360-degree, one-stop access to over 50 industry partners, keynote presenters, community leaders, and industry experts. A legislative panel will also cover local and state rental housing laws. We also have a lot of FUN planned with prize giveaways, games, wine & beer tastings, pastry samples, and henna tattoos. Lunch and refreshments are also included.
This event promotes safe, compliant, and affordable rental housing.
