Homeowners Resource Fair

This year we will be focusing on the highly coveted topic of accessory dwelling units (ADUs)!

ADUs have gone by many names—granny flats, in-law units, backyard cottages, secondary units—and they are of high interest among homeowners in Alameda County. As you may know, ADUs are an innovative, affordable, and effective option for adding much-needed housing in California, while also being a great benefit for your loved ones including children and grandchildren.

This will be a FREE event to hear directly from City of Berkeley and local utilities staff on their process to build an ADU.  We also have raffle prizes and an informational Resource Fair, so bring the whole family and have a great time!
