A true entrepreneur, he started his first business, Rental Solutions, at 19 while attending UC Berkeley as an undergrad. In 1992, he was the youngest elected official in Berkeley, taking a seat as Rent Board Commissioner for the Berkeley Rent Board, where he served a 4-year term, attempting to bring moderation to the Rent Stabilization Ordinance. For the past twenty years, Sorokin has dedicated himself to his clients of Premium, offering top-notch management, concierge, consulting, and development services.
