Join us for an essential webinar on the evolving California insurance climate for 2024. This session will kick off with insights into what insurance companies are prioritizing this year and the significant changes that have occurred in recent years.

However, the outlook isn't promising, and in many cases, options are limited. Our panel will share real-world experiences on how property owners can comply with insurance requirements, explore alternative options like non-rated carriers, and discuss strategies for risk transfer and cost control.

Our goal is to prepare you for the challenges ahead by offering practical tips to mitigate the risk of non-renewal and ensure you have the necessary time to make any required upgrades, avoiding costly last-minute rehabs. Don’t miss this opportunity to stay ahead of the curve and protect your investments.
