Making the Most of Resident Application & Screening Tools

Our incredible team from Intellirent, our online partner for all of your resident application and screening needs, is back for the first in their 2024 webinar series! 

BPOA has been in partnership with Intellirent for a little over a year now, and as of December 31, 2022, they have processed 361 applications for our members. When surveyed, renters answered they were more likely to apply for units when presented with the option to submit an online application and felt more secure entering sensitive information when a third party was processing that application.  If you're not using Intellirent, what's holding you back?
