On-Site Owners Discussion Group - Meeting V

Our first meeting of the new year!

Category: In-Person Meetings

The On-Site Owners Discussion Group is an exclusive gathering for BPOA members who live on-site with their renters. This in-person forum provides a supportive space where property owners with the unique experience of living alongside their tenants can connect, share recommendations, ask questions, and gain insights, with facilitation by BPOA staff.

These sessions consistently offer practical advice and fresh perspectives on common challenges. Whether you're a seasoned housing provider or new to the role, you’ll leave with actionable ideas and strategies that can make a difference.

Our regular attendees represent a diverse mix of property types, including Golden Duplexes, single-family homes with ADUs or cottages, duplexes, owner/lodger arrangements, and smaller multi-unit properties.

Don't miss these valuable opportunities to learn, share, and grow with us!

This group meets monthly and follows a general format:

I. Introductions (30 min):  Name, property type, years in the rental housing business

II. Objectives (5 min):  The group chooses a topic or topics

III. Discussion (45 min): The group discusses the topic/s

IV. Best Practices (30 min): BPOA staff shares best practices on a topic of the day

V. Next meeting date (5 min): The group agrees on the next meeting date

Topics of discussion are decided by the attendees and facilitated by BPOA staff.
