On-Site Owners Discussion Group - Meeting V
Our first meeting of the new year!
The On-Site Owners Discussion Group is an exclusive gathering for BPOA members who live on-site with their renters. This in-person forum provides a supportive space where property owners with the unique experience of living alongside their tenants can connect, share recommendations, ask questions, and gain insights, with facilitation by BPOA staff.
These sessions consistently offer practical advice and fresh perspectives on common challenges. Whether you're a seasoned housing provider or new to the role, you’ll leave with actionable ideas and strategies that can make a difference.
Our first meeting of 2025 kicks off with a special guest! Mark Tarses, BPOA board member and fellow on-site owner, shares his practical tips for budget-friendly improvements using easy-to-find products! In today’s competitive rental market, budget-friendly improvements aren’t just optional—they’re essential. With renters having more choices than ever, tired-looking units get overlooked. A fresh, modern aesthetic and attention to detail can make all the difference in attracting quality tenants and minimizing vacancy time.
Our regular attendees represent a diverse mix of property types, including Golden Duplexes, single-family homes with ADUs or cottages, duplexes, owner/lodger arrangements, and smaller multi-unit properties.
Don't miss these valuable opportunities to learn, share, and grow with us!
