On-site Owners Group Discussion Meeting IV

The On-Site Owners Discussion Group is exclusively for members who live on-site with their renters. It offers an in-person forum where property owners with the shared experience of living close to their tenants can talk with one another, exchange suggestions and recommendations, ask questions, and receive guidance facilitated by BPOA staff.

These sessions are always insightful and incredibly helpful. They offer practical advice and fresh perspectives on the challenges we all face. Whether you've been a rental housing provider for decades or are just starting, you'll walk away with valuable insights and actionable ideas.

Our regular attendees have been a combination of Golden Duplex, duplex, SFR + ADU or cottage, Owner/Lodger, and smaller multi-unit owners.
