Come rub elbows with other rental property owners in Berkeley! We will provide one drink per attendee (beer, wine, or non-alcoholic) and plenty of appetizers. We will be outside, so bring a sweater if you anticipate getting chilly. All Alameda County laws relating to COVID at that time will be adhered to.
